近日，国瑞能位于同翔高新技术产业园的制造基地，引入国际先进的碳钢系列光伏支架产品全自动生产线，设备目前处于调试阶段，下月正式投产，为下半年大批量订单生产开足马力。

Recently, Grace Solarmanufacturing base, located in Tongxiang High-tech Industrial Park, imported the international advanced automatic production line of carbon steel series photovoltaic bracket products. The equipment is currently in the commissioning stage and will formally be put into production next month, for the large volume order production at full throttle in the second half of the year.

目前，国瑞能拥有的厦门地区规模最大的光伏支架生产基地，建筑面积60000㎡，拥有15条自主研发设计的生产线，设备50+套，生产能力达10GW/年。新的生产线主要适用于生产碳钢系列光伏支架产品，生产包括立柱、主梁、檩条等所有碳钢系列固定支架和跟踪支架主要部件。新生产线将全面提升生产基地的自动化、智能化、数字化水平，缩短产品研发周期，同时提升了产品良品率，设备综合效率，订单交付率等，打造光伏支架铝合金系列和碳钢系列智能制造生产标杆。

At present, Grace Solar has the largest photovoltaic mounting system production base in Xiamen, with a construction area of 60,000 square meters, 15 independently developed and designed production lines, and more than 50 sets of equipment, reaching a production capacity of 10GW/ year. The new production line is mainly suitable for the production of carbon steel series photovoltaic mounting products, including column, main beam, purlin, and other carbon steel series fixed mounting brackets and tracking mounting main parts. It will comprehensively improve the automation, intelligent, digital level of the production base, shorten the product R&D cycle, and improve the product quality, equipment comprehensive efficiency, order delivery rate, etc., to the intelligent manufacturing production benchmark of aluminum series and carbon steel series photovoltaic bracket.
